While we’d hate to see you go, if you’re unhappy with Headliner and would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so via your account settings on our desktop site: (https://make.headliner.app/settings/my-plan).
Users that have canceled a subscription will continue to have access to their paid tier until the end of the current billing period.
While canceling a subscription does not result in a refund, partial or full refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- A user has explicitly requested a refund within 24 hours of signing up/being billed for their subscription and has not exported more than five videos or used over 10 minutes of transcription within that period.
- A user has been unable to create videos on our site due to server or technical issues. To qualify for a refund, the user must have been in correspondence with our support or technical team to notify us of this issue. Refunds will be prorated for the remainder of their subscription. Users suffering from prolonged issues may be eligible for an account credit that covers the period between their contacting us and our resolving of the issue.
Refunds are issued to the credit card used to purchase a subscription and are processed within 5-10 business days.
