Headliner makes it easy to create clips and promotional content for your podcast—but first, we need to find your show. Let's learn how to add your podcast to Headliner's Podcast Search!
What is Headliner's Podcast Search?
Headliner’s podcast search is the tool we use to find and import your show into our app. Headliner's podcast search is powered by ListenNotes.com, a podcasting database and search engine. If your podcast is listed on ListenNotes (which it likely is if you’re on Apple Podcasts or most major directories), you should be able to find it within Headliner by searching for your show’s name or by pasting your RSS feed directly into the search bar.
How to find your podcast in Headliner with Podcast Search
In true Headliner fashion, Podcast Search is easy to use!
Search for your podcast by name (as it appears in your RSS feed) OR copy and paste your RSS feed into our search bar directly.
Pro Tip: If your podcast isn’t showing up by name, try pasting the RSS feed instead. This is the most reliable method.
Using Spotify or Apple?
At this time, our search tool does not accept Spotify or Apple Podcasts links directly. You’ll need to use your show’s RSS feed instead.
If you're using Spotify for Creators, make sure your RSS feed has been enabled. By default, it may be turned off. You can find instructions here:

If your show still doesn’t appear in Headliner after trying the steps above:
-
Make sure your show is live and publicly available on Apple Podcasts (it's okay if it's not, we can help you get there!)
