Already have a poppin' YouTube channel? Don’t start from scratch—let your audience tell you what’s clippable and engaging to take your content flow to the next level. With Most Replayed, Headliner automatically finds the most-watched moments in your YouTube videos and turns them into clips, ready for sharing on Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and more.
Follow these steps to clip your Most Replayed moments.
(Short on time? See it in action here. 👇)
Step 1: Log Into Headliner
Visit make.headliner.app and log into your account.
Step 2: Create a New Most Replayed Project
Once you're logged in and ready to go, click the orange “Caption and Clip Video Podcast” button on your dashboard. Next, choose the option on the far right-hand side.
Step 3: Add a YouTube Link
Paste the link to any of your existing YouTube videos into the field provided.
Click 'Submit.' Headliner will go fetch your video and begin processing it.
Note: In order to Most Replayed to work, your video must have 'most replayed' data publicly available. We typically see most replayed data populate after 3 days and once the video has achieved 50k views, however, this number can fluctuate. If you do not have most replayed data, no sweat! Headliner will still clip your video, it may just not technically be your most replayed movements.
Step 4: Select Your Language (Optional)
If you plan to add captions, pick the correct language from the dropdown. Headliner supports 100+ languages—US English is selected by default.
Click Next to continue.
Step 5: Caption and Style Your Clips (Optional)
Here's the fun part—making your videos you! Add captions, watermarks, or any other design elements to make your clips, well, you, using the Quick Editor.
Step 6: Let Headliner Find Your Most Replayed Moments
Headliner automatically identifies the most replayed moments in your video based on YouTube’s public engagement data. Most Replayed will:
- Select up to 5 clips per.
- Start each clip with enough context to make sense on its own (we’ll never drop your audience in mid-sentence).
- Make your proven, engaging moments shareable and compatible across platforms.
Once clips are generated, Headliner will notify you via email or dashboard alert.
Step 7: View and Share Your Clips
To find your clips:
- Head to the Projects page in your Headliner account.
- Click 'See Your Clips' on the correct project. Hint: Check the video thumbnail and title, they should match what's on your YouTube video!
- Preview each clip and download, edit, or share as needed.
