After you've gotten to the video editing timeline, you'll be able to customize/edit your waveform by clicking on the pink track on the audio layer. You can then move or resize the waveform by clicking and dragging on the preview that will open, as well as change the waveform style or color from the dropdown menus on the right side of the screen.
