So you've just created a video on Make... Great! And what's that? You wanna embed it onto your blog/site so that everyone can check out your podcast clip? Also great!
Embedding a video onto your blog or site is as easy as uploading it onto YouTube or Vimeo and using their build-in embed options to get it on our site.
For YouTube, this will mean visiting your uploaded video once it has been processed and clicking the share button. You'll then have a modal pop up on your screen with several options, including a simple URL that you might be able to use for your embed without any fuss (note: this is dependent on whether or not your site/blog builder can create an embed from a URL.
If it can't, simply select Embed instead, and you'll be off to the races because you'll be given a nifty embed link that you can use on your site from there.
Likewise, if you would like to use a Vimeo link, head over to your uploaded video on that site and click share. It'll be the bottom button on the top right of your video during playback:
Once you've opened that menu, you'll be given the same basic options you saw over on YouTube and will be able to either use the URL or embed code to place your video on your site.
