Guide to Social Scheduling
Social scheduling with Headliner is super easy.
Ultimately, to schedule a post, you need to land on an individual project's Share Page.
For single clips and full-length videos: Once Headliner has finished processing your project, you'll get an email from us. Go to that email and click the big blue 'View My Video' button towards the bottom of your email. Headliner will automatically direct you to where you need to go.
Next, select the platform you wish to post to. Type or generate your caption in the pop-up box then click 'Schedule.'
Select the time and date you want to share your video. Next, click anywhere on your screen to set your time/date. Finally, select the blue 'Schedule' button.
- For multi-clip videos and Automatic Audiograms: Similar to the above flow, you need to get to an individual video's Share Page. Again, once Headliner has finished processing your automation/clips, you will receive an email from us. Follow the instructions on that email OR manually navigate to your 'Suggested Clips' page to make your selection. (Go to the 'Projects' tab and click 'See Your Clips.')
You'll land on a page that looks like this:
Navigate to the video you'd like to share and then click the three white dots in the bottom right-hand corner. Click 'Share.'
Now, rinse and repeat the steps above! Select the platform you'd like to share to and schedule your awesome podcast video.
FAQ
Q: Why are some platforms marked out? A: Headliner will grey out platforms your video cannot be shared too. Each platform has unique posting requirements such as time limits and aspect ratios. If your video does not meet that platform requirement, Headliner will essentially save you the time and effort by letting you know upfront you cannot share you video there.
Q: Can Headliner write my caption for me? A: Yes! Headliner generates relevant captions for all video clips.
Q: It just says 'Check out my new video!' Can I change that? A: Yes! To change video captions, either type directly into the white text box or click 'Regenerate Text.' Headliner will ask you a few quick captions and then help re-write your video's caption.
