Did you know that Headliner automatically generates social media captions and YouTube descriptions for all automations (video and audiograms)?
Here's a step-by-step guide getting Headliner to do all the heavy lifting! (Aka, we'll write all your social captions and YouTube descriptions. 😉)

Step 1: Create an Automation
To unlock AI-generated captions and descriptions, you'll need to create an automation. You can do this one of two ways. The first is by visiting the 'Automatic Audiogram' wizard.
The second is by creating an video automation. To create a video automation, click the 'get multiple captioned clips' option in the video flow.
Once your projects have finished processing, we will notify you when they are ready.
Step 2: Find Automations
To find automations, you'll need to log in to your Headliner account and click on the 'Projects' tab. Once you've navigated to the 'Projects' tab, you'll see a list of all your projects made in Headliner.
As a reminder, AI-generated captions and descriptions are only available for automations, so you won't see captions attached to all your projects.
To quickly spot automations, you can visit your 'Podcast Tab.' This tab holds all of the automations you've created for your show.
Video automations are easy to spot too! All video automations will have a 'See Your Clips' button attached to the project link.
You can also quickly navigate to your automations by turning on email and push notifications! We'll direct you to the right place there. :)
Note: AI-Generated Captions are not available on mobile.
Step 3: Generate Captions!
Once you've found your automations, it's time for the good stuff pt. 2 - AI-generated captions and descriptions! To generate captions, simply click the platform you want to share to and voilà, Headliner will write your captions for you.
FAQ's
1. Can I edit captions and descriptions?
Yes! You can edit captions and descriptions directly in the text box. Add more hashtags, sprinkle in emojis, tag your guest, or link to your blog - whatever your heart desires.
2. What if there aren't any captions?
If captions do not appear immediately, just click the 'generate' button in the upper right hand corner.
3. I am not a Pro account holder, how do I get these awesome captions?
To unlock captions and descriptions, simply upgrade your account. Visit your account settings.
4. What if I don't like the captions?
For now, Headliner can only generate one caption per automation. Check back soon for more updates on this! (Emphasis on 'for now'...)
