After uploading a video onto your project, you may find that you need to adjust your media’s framing, transition, or audio volume slightly. Thankfully, this is a simple thing to do on our advanced editor.
To edit your uploaded video clip, click on it from the timeline of our advanced editor.

Choose an Entry and Exit Transition from these drop down menus

Slide the bar under Video Audio Level to control the audio volume of the video clip you added

Slide the bar under Main Audio Level to control the audio volume of your original audio file

To use an Audio Fade-in effect, choose from this drop down menu

To use an Audio Fade-out effect, choose from this drop down menu

To update the changes, click UPDATE VIDEO

More Info on Audio Controls:
- Having both audio controls on means you will hear the audio of both the audio file and the video clip.
- If you do not want the audio of the video clip to play, slide the Video Audio Level completely to the left. This will shut it off.

Preview Changes To Video Clip:
Click the play button to preview the video clip itself

Be aware you cannot preview the changes you have made to audio levels and transitions in this window.
To preview your changes to the audio levels and any video transitions, click UPDATE VIDEO and return to the editor.
Note: Headliner’s advanced editor cannot cut/split, duplicate, or loop videos at this time. Additionally, if you would like to trim your media selection itself, please consult this guide.
