It does take time to process the podcast, transcribe it, and pick the best clip. If you haven't received it within a few hours, please contact support.
How do you pick the audio clip?
Magic...just kidding! Some people use acronyms like AI, ML, NLP, but it all comes down to our goal of getting you the best clip. We use the transcript, the audio, and the near million clips already selected by our users in the past to train our code to hopefully pick the right clip for you. We realize this is often subjective, so if you don't like the clip, the fixing of the clip (see the next question) helps make our system better over time.
Can I select my own clip?
Yes, you can always adjust any video created for you. This is possible to do in two ways
1. If you don't like your video after you have reviewed it, just select "Choose Another Audio Clip" button and follow the prompts.
2. If you want to change more than just the clip, from the email, you can select "Edit Project" and you will be brought to our full featured editor. From there you can change anything, and for the clip, just click the blue plus sign on the audio track, then upload the audio you'd prefer to use.
Do Automations count against my free tier quota for non-watermarked videos?
Yes, they do.
Can I make videos for a specific episode(s) of my choosing or my entire back catalog?
Yes! Automations can be requested for specific episodes via the automations tab. All you need to do is navigate to the episode you'd like a video for and click on it.
How can I delete an Automation?
If you'd like to stop receiving videos from a given automation queue, go to the Projects tab and hover over the podcast art image. Click that image and you will be taken to the Podcast list page. Click the word automation at the top and you should see your automations. Hover over an automation, you should see a trash icon in the upper right, simply click on that, and the flow will be deleted. NOTE: If you are using the Pinterest plugin, this will cover this icon, so just disable that plugin first, then delete.
Can I adjust the templates you have? Or use my own?
Yes, for our built-in templates, you can currently adjust the colors, via the "Adjust Colors" button, and you can use your own templates anytime. To create your own template, it is best to start with another project, get it set up just like you want it, and then save the template. Here is an overview on how to do that.
How many Automations can I add?
Free tier users are limited to 1 automation per account.
