Headliner projects can be shared and saved to other accounts through the use of our copy project function.
In order to send a project to another account, please follow these steps:
-
Open the project you would like to share in the Advanced Editor. Next, copy the full project URL of that project from your account. That link should look like this: https://make.headliner.app/project/... with a string of letters, numbers, and dashes after it.
Here is an example: https://make.headliner.app/project/1d5a1742-9225-487f-9983-263bc4a41a45). You can find that URL anytime you have your project opened in the Advanced Editor.
-
Send that URL via email or any other way to your friend (Account #2). Please note, project sharing only works on the web based app. You cannot open projects in the Advanced Editor on mobile devices.
-
Your friend (Account #2) will be able to open that URL and edit the project in their Headliner account.
Please note, changes made will only be reflected in the editor's account. To share changes, Account #2 will need to save that project as a copy in their account and then share that project with Account #1.
- To save changes or to copy a project into a separate account (example, sharing project between Account #1 and Account #2).
