Did you know you can create audiograms from your back catalog with Headliner? No matter how long you've been podcasting, Headliner's Automatic Audiogram wizards lets you create full-episode and/or short audiograms for your entire show!
Before getting started, it is important to note, Automatic Audiograms for Back Catalog is a Pro feature. To check your subscription status or to upgrade your account, please visit your account settings.
This guide will explain how to create different lengths of audiograms from your back catalog.
Create Automatic Audiogram Clips
This section will walk you through step by step how to create short automations, otherwise known as automatic clips, with the Automatic Audiogram wizard. (You can also learn how by watching our tutorial below.)
Follow these quick and easy steps for creating Automatic Clips:
- Once you've logged into your Headliner, select the 'Automatic Audiograms' wizard.
- Search for your podcast or drop in your RSS feed. If you are unable to search for your show, please consult this help article.
- To create Automatic Clips, select your desired platform, aspect ratio, and length.
- Next, select how you want Headliner to distribute your automation. You may have Headliner automatically post Automatic Clips on your behalf, or, have Headliner email you up to 10 different clips to review, edit, and share.
- The last step is to design your audiogram. Headliner comes with a variety of preloaded templates. You may customize one of these templates or create your own from scratch using the "Blank Canvas" option.
Once this process is complete, all that is left to do is sit back and let Headliner work it's magic! Headliner will notify you every time an audiogram has been automatically posted or created (and sent to your email).
Create Automatic Full-Episode Audiograms
Similarly to Automatic Clips, Full-Episode Automations help your podcast get uploaded in an optimized way to YouTube and Facebook. This section will walk you through how to make Full-Episode Automatic Audiograms with Headliner.
Follow these quick and easy steps for creating Full-Episode Audiograms for Back Catalog:
- Once you've logged into your Headliner, select the 'Automatic Audiograms' wizard.
- Search for your podcast or drop in your RSS feed. If you are unable to search for your show, please consult this help article.
- To create Full-Episode Automations, select either YouTube or Facebook, and then select the full episode option.
- Next, select how you want Headliner to distribute your automation. You may have Headliner automatically post your audiogram on your behalf, or, have Headliner email your project when it is done.
- Note: For YouTube automations, you may create a 'Private post' by selecting 'Additional details' at the bottom of the automation screen. This will allow Headliner to upload your audiogram to YouTube Studio, enabling you to review before settings as public or scheduling out.
- The last step is to design your audiogram. Headliner comes with a variety of preloaded templates. You may customize one of these templates or create your own from scratch using the "Blank Canvas" option.
