With the Automations Wizard, Headliner can automatically create and post audiograms and video clips to your social media and YouTube accounts.

Automatic Clips with Headliner
There are two types of clips automations for YouTube Video Clips and Automatic Audiograms: Back Catalog Clips and Future Episode Clips.
Back Catalog Clips
Back Catalog Clip Automations are posted once every 24 hours until Headliner catches up. This means Headliner will only post one clip per account per day. Once Headliner has caught up to where you are in your podcast, we will wait to post/share clips until you publish your next episode.
This means if you make a back catalog clips automation at 9:00 AM Tuesday, your next clip will post around 9:00 AM Wednesday (give or take a few minuets with processing times). Then, say your next episode comes out next Friday at 8:00 AM, Headliner will start creating and sharing clips on your behalf around 8:00 AM on Friday.
Future Episode Clips
Future Episode Clips start with your most recent episode then continue posting for the rest of the duration of your podcast (which is hopefully forever!). Once you've created a clips automation, Headliner will get to work clipping and sharing your work. Your first clip should be live shortly after setting up your automation.
The next post will depend on when you release your next episode. Shortly after your podcast has been released and added to Headliner, we'll start working our magic to create and share your clips.
Full-Episode Automatic Audiograms
Podcasters also have the option to create and share full-length audiograms to YouTube with Automatic Audiograms with Full-Episode Automatic Audiograms.
Similar to the Future Episode Clips automations, Headliner will post audiograms as soon as your new episode becomes available in Headliner (give or take a few for processing).
However, for back catalog, Full-Episode Automations are a little different. Headliner can create and upload up to three full-length audiograms per day per automation to YouTube until we've caught up. To up your posting allotment, please email support@headliner.app.
